the park

Exploria is a themed, high octane play and adventure space that calls for stamina, strength and coordination. Rules are clear and simple to ensure a safe, smooth run from start to finish. Please check with your doctor if you think your child has any health conditions that may prevent them from using any of our facilities.

We’ll brief you on how to use equipment, games, trampolines and play areas. Rules are also displayed around the zones. Exploria crew are there to ensure you enjoy a fun, safe and trouble-free visit. So please listen carefully to their instructions.

All customers attending the bounce zone MUST watch the safety briefing video.

Supervision is the responsibility of an adult/responsible person.

Children 5–12 years old must have a responsible adult/responsible person within Exploria at all times.

Children under 5 – must have 1 adult/responsible person directly with them at all times.

Remain on site whenever your child is jumping to supervise their activity and be on hand to help. We accept no liability for any child left unsupervised on our premises.

Only use activities matching the colour of your wristband.

Be mindful of others jumping and playing in the same space.

Make sure your children wear Exploria socks throughout their session.

Make sure your child lands with both feet on a trampoline and stays in the middle of the mat, away from the padding.

When using the Jump Tower, wait for a crew member to tell you when it’s safe to enter the landing pit and get out as soon as you can.

Ask a crew member for help and advice whenever you need it.

Have a brilliant time.

Bring food or drink with you. The Exploria Café offers a varied, great value menu. You can eat and drink there or in any of our seating areas.

Use mobile phones, cameras or other tech items while using the park. Accompanying adults may take photos and footage, but only of the children in their care.

Wear or carry items that can catch or get stuck in the equipment. This includes belt buckles, studs, jewellery, key chains, sharp objects and loose change.

Eat, drink or chew gum when using the activities.

Swear or use abusive language.

Run, wrestle, double bounce or take part in rough play.

Push or get in the way of others. Little jumpers always have the right of way.

Jump on a trampoline while someone else is using it.

Do somersaults, flips or tricks on the pads. Single somersaults are fine, but no more than two in a row.

Dive headfirst into the foam pit.

Try to hide or bury yourself in the foam pit. Someone could accidentally land on and hurt you.

Lie, sit or hang around on any of the activities. You can take a break in a nearby seating area.
