Exploria Parties Bring your own food
T&Cs
- All cutlery, including cups, napkins and plates, must be provided by the party booker. Knives are not permitted onto the premises. Birthday cakes must be cut by Exploria’s designated party hosts only.
- Any food brought onto the premises must be prepared in advance. Exploria’s catering facilities are prohibited to customers.
- It is the responsibility of the party booker to cater to any dietary requirements or food allergies with guests. BH Live is not responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or related incidents that may occur as a result of customers bringing their own food on site. Customers are solely responsible for managing their own dietary needs, including any allergies or sensitivities they may have. By bringing food onto the premises, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own health and safety, including any potential allergic reactions and choking risks. BH Live does not assume any liability or responsibility for any harm or adverse effects that may arise.
- It is the party booker’s responsibility to leave the party area clean, tidy and in an acceptable condition after use. Rubbish, including any leftover food, must be disposed of on-site or taken away to be discarded at home.
- Food must be consumed only within the designated party room. No food or drink is to be consumed within Exploria’s play and bounce or canteen areas. Seating and tables are accessible for parental supervision only.
- Alcohol is not permitted to be brought or consumed on site. Soft drinks only, please.
